Our product does not adopt the usual spray drying method. In traditional spray drying processes, the temperature can go as high as 300 degrees, which can easily damage natural vitamins. Our company uses the latest freeze-drying technology (working temperature below -40 degrees) to remove 98% of the water content while retaining the fruit aroma, protein, and nutritional substances such as vitamins. With the use of high-pressure pasteurization (HPP) vacuum packaging, there is no need for any chemical additives, and the product can be kept from spoiling.
